Antonio Gibson undergoes an MRI on lower leg

Washington coach Ron Rivera said Monday that RB Antonio Gibson underwent an MRI on his lower leg.

Fantasy Impact: Gibson has been playing through a shin injury and was in and out of the game in Week 6 against the Chiefs. There’s a decent chance he misses some time moving forward, which means Jaret Patterson could be a top waiver wire add this week. We’ll have a better idea of Gibson’s Week 7 status once the MRI results are shared.
