Per Ian Rapoport, Browns QB Baker Mayfield is headed to the locker room with an apparent shoulder injury.

Fantasy Impact: After throwing an interception on a play, Mayfield tried making a tackle in which he was apparently hurt. He went to the locker room but is back on the sideline throwing.
