Brandin Cooks (personal reasons) will not play in Week 9 for the Houston Texans in a Thursday night road matchup against the Houston Texans.
Fantasy Impact: Cooks had not practiced for the team all week and voiced his disappointment on Twitter after the Texans failed to trade the wideout ahead of the trade deadline. With Cooks out Thursday night, expect an increased role for wideouts Phillip Dorsett II, Chris Moore, and Tyron Johnson against a tough Eagles secondary Thursday night.
