Texas QB C.J. Stroud is currently in Stage 4 of the concussion protocol, which indicates he will practice in full today or tomorrow.

Fantasy Impact: Stroud was able to practice in a limited fashion Wednesday, but appears to be making progress in returning to game action. The rookie quarterback has missed the last two games but appears just one step away from returning against the Titans in Week 17.
