Derek Carr (shoulder) taken to local hospital for additional testing

Saints QB Derek Carr is heading to a local hospital to undergo additional testing.

Fantasy Impact: Carr underwent X-rays at the stadium, but will undergo tests for injuries outside of his shoulder injury that caused him to miss the remainder of the game. The Saints play Tampa Bay in Week 4 and fantasy managers could see Jameis Winston get the start if Carr is forced to miss time. Expect the Saints to provide an injury update on Carr soon.
