According to Carolina Panthers head coach Frank Reich, CB Donte Jackson should be good to go for July’s training camp as he recovers from an Achilles injury.
Fantasy Impact: Jackson tore his Achilles in November which cost him the second half of his 2022 season. The Panthers have had a few key defensive players miss time during the offseason with injuries, including CB Jaycee Horn. Jackson played on 71% of the team’s snaps before his injury, playing an important role on the defense. Carolina will have a new defensive coordinator in 2023, Ejiro Evero from the Broncos, so his presence at training camp will be crucial for getting him up to speed on a new defensive scheme.
