Amid a QB debacle that left football fans and fantasy managers scrambling, it has emerged that Seattle Seahawks QB Drew Lock is expected to start on Monday night against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Fantasy Impact: Seahawks HC Pete Caroll and the entire Seahawks organization gave everyone a heart attack when they made all three QBs active for MNF – Lock, Geno Smith and Sean Mannion. Lock reportedly improved rapidly in his health and had a chance to play, but Lock is ultimately expected to be the starter. This was evidenced by Smith’s not being dressed out and active during warmups and stretches. There are some reports that Smith could still sub in during the game, but for now, operate as though Lock is the starter with some built-in tempered expectations.
