Free agent tight end Foster Moreau is stepping away from football after being diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
Fantasy Impact: Moreau made the announcement via his personal Twitter account after being diagnosed with cancer following a physical conducted by the New Orleans Saints medical team. The 25-year-old appeared in 15 games for the Las Vegas Raiders last season, catching 33 passes for 420 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Moreau didn’t announce his retirement but his NFL future certainly remains up in the air.
