The Washington Commanders signed Frankie Luvu to a three-year deal for a maximum value of $36 million.

Fantasy Impact: Luvu joins Washington after spending the past three seasons with the Panthers. He has combined to record 12.5 sacks the past two seasons and should help upgrade the linebacker room for the Commanders.
