Gardner Minshew II is officially set to start for the Eagles against the Cowboys in Week 16.
Fantasy Impact: Philadelphia HC Nick Sirianni spoke Thursday morning and confirmed that Minshew would receive his first start of the year against Dallas. He will slide into an extremely tough matchup against the ferocious Cowboys’ defense in an interdivisional tilt. With QB Jalen Hurts nursing a shoulder injury, it is possible Minshew makes multiple starts going forward, possibly even closing out the regular season under center. His arrival means slight downgrades for the Eagles’ pass-catchers across the board- mainly A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, and Dallas Goedert.
