Jamal Adams (quad) returns to practice Wednesday

Jamal Adams, who almost missed the entire 2022 season with a quad injury, returned to practice for the first time on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact: Adams was a big addition for Seattle in 2020, as the team gave up multiple first-round selections for the former Jets DB, but injuries have derailed his playing time the last couple of years.
