Joe Mixon found not guilty of aggravated menacing

According to Ben Baby of ESPN, Cincinnati Bengals RB Joe Mixon was found not guilty of aggravated menacing from a road rage incident in January.

Fantasy Impact: This result gives Mixon’s status for the Bengals more stability in the short term, though his legal battles are not completely finished. Mixon still has a separate ongoing case in regard to a shooting at his residence that took place in March, where Mixon is not a suspect. The league conducts its own research in legal matters and the results of these cases may differ from league punishments, but for now, the assumption is that Mixon won’t face any upcoming suspension to start the 2023 NFL season.
