Joe Thuney not expected to receive franchise tag from Patriots

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports the Patriots aren’t expected to use the franchise tag on OL Joe Thuney.

Fantasy Impact: New England used their tag on Thuney last year, but he’ll now head to free agency entering 2021. The team is also set to acquire OL Trent Brown from the Raiders, so changes appear to be coming for the offensive line.
