Jonathan Taylor and the Colts have had talks on a potential extension. Taylor said he’s hopeful they can come to an agreement before the season starts but he’s aware of the current state of the running back market.
Fantasy Impact: It’s a sad reality for a young and talented running back like Taylor, one in which NFL teams have most, if not all, the leverage. Taylor is young enough that he should still receive an offer, but there’s no telling if it will match what he believes he’s worth. Fantasy managers would be wise to keep a close eye on the young backs’ future.
