Fantasy Impact: With Mike Williams and Keenan Allen back and healthy, Palmer is back in his original role as the third WR on the depth chart. If the Chargers’ offense were clicking like many expected this season, he’d be a possible spot starter, but the Chargers have scored more than 30 points only twice this year. The lack of offensive consistency relegates Palmer to a bench stash.
