NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Saints CB Marshon Lattimore (thumb) will miss “a couple weeks” following surgery.
Fantasy Impact: Lattimore recently received a five-year, $100 million contract extension from New Orleans. His value to the team has never been in question, so hopefully he returns sooner rather than later. Lattimore’s absence in Week 2 will be good news for Sam Darnold and the Panthers.
