Fantasy Impact: It’s not often that you see a player downgrade from limited to DNP, then turn around and shed their injury designation altogether. However, the Bucs evidently wanted Evans to have a rest day before the game, so here we are. He should be viewed as a fringe WR1 against the Rams this week.
