The Raiders waived TE O.J. Howard Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact: Howard was signed during the offseason to a one-year deal, but was a surprising cut this early in training camp. The 28-year-old played in 13 games with the Texans last season, tallying 145 receiving yards and two touchdowns on 10 receptions. Howard will likely get another opportunity from another team prior to the start of the season.
