Sterling Shepard (hamstring) returns to practice on Wednesday

Sterling Shepard is back at practice on Wednesday leading up to New York’s game against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact: Shepard can be plugged into lineups this week as the Rams’ defense has not been what it was one season ago.
