According to Erin Summers, the New Orleans Saints staff and hybrid TE Taysom Hill are communicating with one another on finding the best split between Hill’s “fluid” role.
Fantasy Impact: Hill spent the largest percentage of his snaps at QB, according to PFF’s tracking data, where he mostly played as a wildcat QB. Hill only attempted 19 passes in 2022 and carried the ball 96 times for 575 yards and seven TDs. Hill also said he wanted to be more involved as pass catcher in 2022. Hill caught just nine passes in 2022, often lining up wide or inline as a blocker. The Saints will continue to use Hill as a hybrid weapon, which led him to a top finish as a fantasy “TE” last season.
