Ty Montgomery could start in Week 17 with Saints’ RB room out due to COVID

Saints WR/RB Ty Montgomery will play RB in Week 17 vs. the Panthers as a result of Alvin Kamara and Latavius Murray both being placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Fantasy Impact: The Saints’ coaching staff has been throwing a lot of praise in Montgomery’s direction in recent weeks and now he’ll get a chance to lead the backfield in Week 17 with both Kamara and Murray out as a result of COVID protocols.
