Tyler Conklin caught 6-of-10 targets for 79 yards and two touchdowns in New York’s 22-17 loss to the Patriots in Week 8.
Fantasy Impact: Conklin remains a feast-or-famine fantasy tight end and in Week 8 he feasted. Conklin hauled in a pair of touchdowns from Zach Wilson, scoring for the first time since Week 1. He turned a season-high 10 targets into his best fantasy day as a Jet. Wilson also attempted a season-high 41 passes in Week 8 and it appears the passing offense will be a larger emphasis moving forward in wake of the loss of Breece Hall (knee) which bodes well for Conklin’s ROS numbers. He is available in most leagues, but fantasy managers can do much worse at a kiddie pool-shallow position like tight end.
